Souden sentenced to Eight Years in Prison

A 26-year-old Walhalla man plead guilty this week in Oconee General Sessions Court to crimes against society. Timothy Moses Souden was facing 24 charges related to a spree of car break-ins and thefts in Oconee County last year. The Honorable Scott Sprouse sentenced him to 15 years in prison, suspended to eight years, and five years on probation. In addition, Souden is required to make $5,000 in restitution to victims. Some of those car break-ins and thefts occurred at the Shaver Recreation Center, Adams subdivision, the Dalton Road neighborhoods, and White Oak Cliffs.
