South Carolina Department Of Public Safety Announces A Preliminary Total Of Seven Persons Killed On South Carolina Roadways This Past Weekend

(Seneca, SC)————–The South Carolina Department of Public Safety has announced that a preliminary total of seven people were killed on South Carolina roadways this past weekend, from the time period between 6pm, Friday, July 12th and just before midnight, Sunday, July 14th.

According to the Department of Public Safety, 500 people have died on South Carolina roadways in 2019, compare to 535 highway deaths during the same time period in 2018.

So far this year, 18 people have died on roadways in Anderson County, five people have died on roadways in Oconee County and eight people have died on roadways in Pickens County.
