South Carolina Law Enforcement Division Arrests Walhalla Woman On False Claim For Insurance Benefit Charge
(Seneca, SC)———————–The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division arrested a Walhalla woman last Friday in connection with creating a fictitious company in order to file an insurance claim for vehicle repairs, according to a press release.
29 year old Robbie Leigh Eades has been charged in an arrest warrant with Presenting a False Claim for Insurance Benefits.
The request for the SLED investigation was made by the S.C. Attorney General’s Office.
According to the arrest warrant, Eades filed a fictitious estimate for repairs to State Farm Insurance Company in the amount of $6,508.40 back on February 17th of this year.
