South Carolina Law Enforcement Division Charges Newry Man With Sexually Assaulting Minor
(Seneca, SC)——————————-The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division has arrested a Newry man on charges of Criminal Sexual Assault of a Minor – First Degree and Disseminating Obscene Material to a Minor.
32 year old Joshua Alan Logan was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center around 2:18pm Wednesday.
Thom Berry, Special Agent from SLED, said in a press release that the SLED investigation was requested by the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office and the case will be prosecuted by the 10th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
According to the warrants provided by SLED, the victim was a ten year female.
