Special Announcement from SDOC

In response to the severe weather predicted from Tropical Storm Helene, SDOC has made the following changes to the normal school schedule:

Thursday, September 26th

NORMAL SCHOOL DAY

All afternoon & evening activities are cancelled

Please note: If severe weather arrives earlier than expected or road conditions are found to be unsafe, any decision to move to an eLearning day for Thursday will be made by 6am Thursday morning.

Friday, September 27th

ELEARNING DAY

STUDENTS WILL NOT REPORT TO SCHOOL BUILDINGS

****The same applies to Pickens County Schools and all five school districts in Anderson County, as well. All afterschool activities are cancelled today (Thursday), and tomorrow (Friday) is an E-Learning Day. ****
