Sports Update For Monday, June 3rd, 2019; Clemson Baseball Season Comes To An End In Oxford Regional

(Seneca, SC)——————The season is over for the Clemson baseball team after a loss in a loser’s bracket game to Jacksonville State by a score of 9-2 yesterday in the Oxford Regional of the NCAA baseball tournament. 

Monte Lee’s team finishes the season at 35-26. 

The 2019 Seneca football season is now 87 days away so let’s take a look at the schedule for new head coach David Crane’s first season as Bobcat head coach. 

The Bobcats will open the season at home on August 30th with a game against Chapman. The Bobcats will hit the road for two weeks as Seneca travels to Daniel on September 6th and then to Woodruff on September 13th. The Bobcats will host Palmetto on September 20th before traveling to B-HP for their final non-conference game of the year on September 27th. 

Seneca will begin their conference schedule on October 4th against Liberty, which will also be Homecoming. Seneca will play at West-Oak on October 11th and then host Powdersville on October 18th. The Bobcats will play their final conference road game at Crescent on October 25th before playing their final regular season and conference game at home against Pendleton on November 1st. 

All games are scheduled to kick-off at 7:30pm.
