Sports Update For Thursday, March 28th, 2019; Walhalla Defeats West-Oak In Baseball Action

(Seneca, SC)————————–The Walhalla baseball team defeated West-Oak last night by a score of 7-1. Landon Crane and Alec Woodard had two hits each for Walhalla. Aidan Evans, who just signed a letter of intent with Southern Wesleyan this week to play baseball, pitched five innings with four strikeouts to earn the win for Walhalla. Stephens from West-Oak had two hits to lead the Warriors.

The Seneca softball team lost last night to B-HP by a score of 5-1. Meanwhile, the Walhalla softball team also lost last night to Pickens in conference action by a score of 15-4. Lydia Phillips went 2 for 2 with a home run and two RBI’s for Walhalla in the loss.
