Subject Wanted by Seneca Police Apprehended in Georgia

Emmanuel Onious Williams
On November 27th around 6pm Seneca Police Department was made aware of a possible shots-fired in Greenfield apartment. Upon arrival, three victims with gunshot wounds were located at the scene. First aid was immediately started. All three victims were flown to Prisma Greenville Memorial Hospital.
During the investigation, investigators identified Emmauel Onious Williams as the
suspect. Subject was located in Gwinnett County, Georgia at approximately 8pm this
evening. He is being held there on charges in Georgia. He also has a hold on him
for Seneca Police Department for three counts of attempted murder.
