‘Super Worm Moon’ Shines Big and Bright Tonight

Tonight’s full moon is the final one of winter and will appear a little bigger and brighter than usual. This year, appearing a little over a week before the official start of Spring, March’s full moon will be more than just a Worm Moon; it will also be considered a super moon. Folks that miss out on this month’s super moon will have two more chances to see one in 2020, in April and May. Astronomers say that this is also a great time to take photos of the moon as it appears next to objects such as a city skyline or a nearby mountain.
