SUV Crashes Into Seneca Goodwill Building; No Serious Injuries Reported

Emergency crews responded to the Goodwill location off Sandifer Boulevard around 2pm Tuesday afternoon after an SUV crashed directly into the building. Photos from the scene show the white SUV breached the exterior frame and traveled inside a lobby area, shattering large glass panels and causing structural damage to an interior wall before coming to a stop. First responders from Seneca Fire and Prisma Health EMS arrived on site shortly after the incident. Despite significant physical damage to the structure, officials report that no serious injuries were sustained in the crash. Tow crews were on scene Tuesday afternoon working to safely extract the vehicle from the building. The cause of the collision remains under investigation. The Goodwill retail store, donation drop-off, and career and training center located at 1616 Sandifer Blvd. in Seneca will be closed until further notice.
