22 year-old Joseph Gordon Thomas, Jr. has been charged by Walhalla Police with both petty and grand larceny. Police officials said on Friday that the charges against Thomas stem from the theft of a woman’s car and cell phone from a Walhalla apartment complex. The incident is alleged to have taken place in June of last year, according to police.
