TCTC to host Jan. 10 Job Fair and Training Expo

Tri-County Technical College’s Corporate and Community Education Division and the local SC Works Centers are reaching out to unemployed and underemployed individuals by hosting a Job Fair and Training Expo January 10. The event will be held for Anderson, Oconee and Pickens counties residents from 9am until noon in the Industrial and Business Development Center located on the College’s Pendleton Campus. Participants will be given the opportunity to meet and interview with area employers and to find out about short-term training options in the fields of health care, business, heavy equipment operator, industrial/manufacturing and trucking driving. Employers Bosch and SMF, staffing companies such as Cross Country, Upstate Staffing, and Phillips Staffing, and workforce resources SC Works, Palmetto Youth, and Vocational Rehab are attending this event.
