Temporary Water Service Outage Scheduled for Select Westminster Streets

Water service will be temporarily interrupted on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. while crews perform necessary system maintenance. The planned outage will affect customers along East Main Street, West Piedmont Street, and select portions of James Street in Westminster, resulting in low water pressure or a complete loss of service. Affected residents are advised to store necessary water in advance, and utility officials apologize for the inconvenience as work is completed.
