Tenth Circuit Solicitor’s Office Announces Prison Sentence For Man On Multiple Charges

(Seneca, SC)———-The Tenth Circuit Solicitor’s Office announced yesterday that Brandon Partain entered a guilty plea to charges of Unlawful Conduct Towards a Child, Dissemination of Harmful Material to Minors, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and Assault and Battery – 1st Degree.

Judge Scott Sprouse sentenced Partain to a total of 18 years active sentence. In a case investigated by the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office and according to information in a press release from the Solictior’s Office, Partain was accused of fondling a minor on top of clothing, showing pornography to several minor children, smoking marijuana in the presence of two children under the age of 10 and allowing a 13 year old to smoke marijuana with him.

Partain is a registered sex offender, according to the Solicitor’s Office.
