The Phil Cheney Minstrels perform Tonight in Westminster

The Phil Cheney Minstrels perform tonight at the Westminster Music Centre on Main Street. Cheney’s group will lead a hootenanny at 7pm. They are promising a song list of popular, old time favorites easily recognizable to the audience and easy to sing-along. Admittance is $10. Entertainment will run for two hours with a break to allow for the audience to enjoy refreshments.
