Thorsland: “Masks Are Not A Silver Bullet”

School District of Oconee County Superintendent Dr. Michael Thorsland said at last night’s Board of Trustees meeting that, since the arrival of COVID-19, education for local students has been “as close to normal” as possible. Dr. Thorsland referred to the combination of in-class and virtual learning, as well as the decision to revert to in-person learning this year.
