Traffic Stop lands Seneca Teen behind Bars

A traffic stop this week landed a Seneca teenager behind bars on multiple charges. The Seneca Police Department reports that 17-year-old Kaharijal Prather stands charged with possession of a stolen weapon, unlawful possession of a handgun by a person under 21-year-old, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of hash. He was released from the Oconee County Detention Center on an $11,080 combined personal recognizance bond.
