Tropical Orchids on display at World of Energy

See tropical orchids of all shapes and sizes at Duke Energy’s World of Energy education center at Oconee Nuclear Station, encourages Mikayla Kreuzberger, Corporate Communications for Duke Energy’s World of Energy. “This is the ninth year of the show is in partnership with the Blue Ridge Orchid Society (BROS) of South Carolina. Mark Reinke, of Marble Branch Farms in Walhalla, will have a variety of unique blooming orchids on display. Reinke is an internationally known orchid hybridizer and grower. The show is open to the public 9am to 5pm, Thursday, Feb. 22, 9am to 5pm, Friday, Feb. 23, and 9am to 4pm, Saturday, Feb. 24.” Duke Energy’s World of Energy at Oconee Nuclear Station is an interactive education center that focuses on informing the public about energy production and the environment.
