Twin Bridges Crash requires Medical Airlift

An Anderson County accident that involved a car and a truck sent one driver to the hospital. State troopers say Thursday afternoon’s accident on Highway 24 near the twin bridges was a head-on crash that injured 19-year-old Harley Dylan Suttles of Anderson. Suttles required a medical flight to AnMed Health Center. According to the state patrol, Suttles was issued a citation charging driving left of center. The second driver, Lavonia, Georgia resident Robert Carroll, was not injured.
