Two Arrested On Attempted Murder Charges After Wednesday Evening Stabbing

(Seneca, SC)———————–Two individuals remain in custody at this time on surety bonds at the Oconee County Detention Center after being charged with one count each of Attempted Murder. Early Wednesday evening, deputies were dispatched to BI-Lo Place near Seneca in regards to an assault that had occurred in which the victim had been stabbed. The victim was able to advise deputies that the suspects were a white male and a white female, according to a release from the Sheriff’s Office. 

The victim was airlifted to Greenville Memorial Hospital. The suspects were located in the wooded area behind Lowe’s. The male suspect, 50 year old Timothy Dale Glauner, was placed under arrest for Public Disorderly Conduct. During his on scene detention, the Sheriff’s Office reports that Glauner assaulted a deputy, whereupon he was also charged in an arrest warrant for Assaulting a Police Officer While Resisting Arrest. The female suspect, 51 year old Terry L. Quinn, was also taken into custody. 

An investigator from the Criminal Investigations Division responded to the scene and obtained the Attempted Murder arrest warrants against Glauner and Quinn. According to the warrants and the case report, the victim was stabbed multiple times. The victim was stabbed in the stomach and according to Glauner’s arrest warrant, Glauner attempted to stab the victim in the heart. 

Both subjects will be required to wear an electronic monitoring device upon their release as a condition of bond should they be released.
