Two Clemson Bars’ Staff Members Test Positive for COVID-19

Loose Change Bar in Clemson announced Tuesday afternoon that they are to be closed indefinitely after an employee tested positive for COVID-19. Owners said the bar would reopen only after they know their staff and customers have the safest environment possible. Tiger Town Tavern in Clemson also announced this week that it would close after a staff member there also tested positive for coronavirus, however they did say that the employee at Tiger Town Tavern did not have any contact with any customers and the entire staff is being tested. Health officials are reminding people how important it is to continue practicing social distancing and to wear masks in public to help slow or stop the spread of COVID-19 in public.
