Two Kickoff meetings Planned in October for New South Anderson Community Development Planning Initiative
(Seneca, SC)—-Two kickoff meetings have been scheduled in Anderson County for the new South Anderson Community Development Planning Initiative.
According to a press release, the initiative will guide priorities and strategies for potential community development activities in the unincorporated area south of the Anderson city limits.
The first kickoff meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 22nd at 6pm at the South Fant Street Childhood Development Center at 1700 S. Fant Street in Anderson. The discussion there will focus on the Morningside and Orr Mill neighborhoods.
The second kickoff meeting will be held on Monday, October 28th at 6pm at Homeland Park Primary School at 3519 Wilmont Street. The discussion there will focus on the Homeland Park community.
Food will be provided and community residents are asked to attend the meeting in their respective neighborhoods.
