Wanted Man turns Self In

A man wanted by Clemson City Police turned himself in Wednesday morning.  Police arrested 24-year-old Chadwick Marion Abercrombie and charged him with one count of grand larceny, but investigators are questioning him about recent thefts of other vehicles from within the city. Clemson Police Chief Jimmy Dixon said investigators are trying to track down 23 mopeds, 6 motorcycles, 5 utility trailers and 4 vehicles stolen in the last month.  Abercrombie was charged with the theft of a motorcycle valued at more than $10,000.  Chief Dixon is asking people who had dealings with Abercrombie to come forward because they could have purchased a stolen item from him.  Anyone with information is asked to call 864-624-2000.
