Watch Video of Jeep Fest in Seneca

More than 500 jeeps attended the City of Seneca’s second annual Jeep Fest this past Saturday, Sept. 8, at downtown Norton-Thompson Park. If you missed it you can still see all the fun had at the event online, explains Seneca Mayor Dan Alexander. “Jerry Edwards that owns The Journal, his son actually came and videoed with a drone. He stayed there all day and it is on our website. So, if you want to see how many jeeps were actually there go to www.seneca.sc.us.” Mayor Alexander gave special thanks to Assistant Public Works Director Donnie White for organizing the event. “I really want to give a big shootout to Donnie White for putting the Jeep Fest together. The people really did enjoy the venue here and they really had a good time. They were very appreciative to Seneca and gave us a lot of good feedback.” The free event also featured live music and a scavenger hunt for the cats in downtown Seneca.
