December 6, 2018 Dick Mangrum
The city of Clemson and the Pumped Customers of the Anderson Regional Joint Water System have received word of a water main break at the Clemson Booster Pumped Station near U-S 76 and I-85 in Anderson. There is one pump feeding the city of Clemson, Clemson University, the Town of Pendleton, and Sandy Springs Water District. According to the city, “We are receiving water but at a reduced level.” Clemson requests its customers to conserve water as much as possible. Please do not do any outside watering or irrigation, pressure washing, or any other use that is not absolutely necessary.”
