Westminster Cabin Controversy Continues

Westminster Mayor Brian Ramey hinted that a long-running controversy surrounding a cabin he owns that sits on city property adjacent to the Chauga River, could soon be headed to court. At one point, the city had given the Mayor a year to move the building. Two new Westminster council members, namely Brad Chastain and Danny Duncan, revisited the issue at a meeting Tuesday night, however no motions were made, only lengthy discussions, which included the Mayor’s claim of being a victim of slander in regards to the issue.
