Westminster City Council Executive Session on Cyber-Attack and PMPA Contract

The Westminster City Council will hold its January meeting tomorrow night, Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the fire department, during which it will enter executive session to receive legal advice on two contractual matters: one related to the ongoing investigation into the recent cyber-attack, and the other concerning the city’s wholesale electric power supplier, the Piedmont Municipal Power Agency (PMPA).
