Westminster Man Arrested On Unlawful Neglect Of A Child Charges
(Seneca, SC)—————–A Westminster Man was arrested late last week on a charge of Unlawful Neglect of a Child. 55 year old Harley Wayne Rogers was charged by Westminster Police with allowing a minor child to walk to the Spinx Gas Station, alone and unattended back on January 20th. According to the arrest warrant, Rogers had custody and/or charge of the minor child and is the child’s parent or guardian. The investigation started after police responded to the business address on East Main Street in reference to a child walking around in front of the gas station.
