Westminster names Interim City Attorney

The search continues for a replacement for Derek Enderlin, who recently resigned as Westminster City Attorney, but Andrew Holliday has been named as an interim attorney for the city, explains Westminster Mayor Brian Ramey. “Mr. Holliday is a graduate, I think of Charleston and Furman. He works with Derrick, Ritter, Williams and Morris in Seneca. He is a real intelligent guy, seems like he is real eager to learn more about municipal law and we are looking forward to working with him as an interim until we can find a permanent replacement.” Mayor Ramey gives an update on the search for a permanent city attorney. “We have just began and I don’t thing we have any applications as of right now.” At their meeting Tuesday night, the Westminster City Council approved Holliday’s appointment.
