Westminster Police Department Arrests Westminster Man For Damages To Business and City Property

(Seneca, SC)————The Westminster Police Department arrested a Westminster man late this past weekend on multiple charges. 

Officers responded to an address on Westminster Highway in regards to a possible break-in and a subject leaving the area wearing a blue hoodie. Officers noticed that a window in a business building was broken. 

Officers made contact later on and spoke with the suspect at a separate location in Westminster. 

Based on evidence gathered as a result of the investigation, 24 year old Trevor Hobbie Turner was arrested and has been charged with two counts of Malicious Injury to Personal Property and one count of Petit Larceny. 

According to the arrest warrants, Turner is accused of throwing a cement vase through the window of the business, causing damage inside of the building. According to the case report, Turner reportedly took the vase from the Veterans Park Monument which is located in the city of Westminster.
