Westminster Woman Charged By Seneca Police Department With Federal Financial Institution Crime
(Seneca, SC)—————A Westminster woman was arrested earlier this week by the Seneca Police Department on a charge of a federal financial institution crime.
According to an arrest warrant obtained by the Seneca Police Department, 36 year old Maletha Carleta Crista Baker is accused of cashing three checks which she knew to be fraudulently obtained and did receive a total of $14,900 dollars from an financial institution located inside the city limits of Seneca.
The investigation into the incident began on May 2nd, according to the case report from the Seneca Police Department.
