Woman Accused of Unlawfully Calling 911; Other Arrests from Tuesday
On Tuesday, Walhalla Police arrested 41 year-old Crystal Lynn Clevenger of Walhalla on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and three counts of calling 911 unlawfully. Details surrounding her arrest have not yet been released. She remains in custody at the Oconee County Detention Center with a total bond amount set at $2,600.
Also on Tuesday, Walhalla Police charged 52 year-old David Allen Whitfield of Seneca with distribution of cocaine. He is out of jail on bond, according to reports.
In another unrelated incident, according to jail records, on Tuesday Oconee County Sheriff’s Deputies charged 18 year-old Austin Hubert Parker of Westminster with first degree burglar. Parker is accused of unlawfully entering a home on Westminster’s N. Piedmont Street early Monday morning and stealing a nail gun, according to reports. He is also being held for another agency. Bond for Parker was set at $50,000.
And in Seneca on Tuesday, police arrested 32 year-old Terrill Dusean Colbert of Seneca on a charge of third degree assault and battery. He was released on bond.
