Anderson County Announces Upcoming Enhancements To Be Made At Broadway Lake

(Seneca, SC)——-Anderson County has announced that next Monday, December 2nd, the County will begin lowering the water level at Broadway Lake and a few days after that, the lake level is expected to be 5 1/2 feet below full pool in order for enhancements to be made. 

The enhancements will involve the replacement of the sea wall at Haynie Park as well as improvements to the courtesy dock at McFalls Landing. 

The County is also scheduled to tear down three county-owned structures on Broadway Lake, according to a press release issued by the County. 

Even with the enhancements being made, the public will have access to facilities during this period.
