Anderson Deputies investigating Robbery

Deputies with the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a second armed robbery that occurred on Wednesday.  This one also occurred at a gas station.  The robbery was reported Wednesday night at a Shell Station on River Road in Piedmont.  Authorities report that a suspect entered the store pointed a gun and demanded cash.  He then fled the scene.  Deputies report that no one was injured in the incident.
