Anderson SD 1 Educator Nominated for SC Teacher of the Year

Today, the spotlight will shine on South Carolina’s Teacher of the Year, with a strong likelihood that the accolade will go to an educator from the Upstate region. The finalists include one teacher from the Midlands and four from the Upstate. Among the esteemed finalists, Braden Wilson from Anderson School District One stands out as a local favorite. State Superintendent Ellen Weaver will reveal the winner at today’s gala held at the Governor’s Mansion.
