Area Arrests from Over the Weekend
According to jail records, on Friday Seneca Police arrested 37 year-old Stephanie Annette Warner and charged her with manufacturing meth. Bond on that charge was set at $10,000. Warner was also served a bench warrant and is being held for Central Police.
On Saturday, Oconee County Deputies arrested 61 year-old James Richard Byerly on charges of trafficking meth and cocaine, possession of marijuana and of a weapon during a violent crime. Bond was set at $105,615.
Deputies on Saturday also arrested 56 year-old Timothy Jason Hird and charged him with three counts of possession of controlled substances, manufacturing controlled substances, possession of narcotics, and trafficking crack cocaine. His bond was set at $166,000.
40 year-old John Clayton Debrowsky was arrested Saturday by Oconee County Deputies and charged with third degree burglary and petit larceny. He was also served a bench warrant. Bond was set at $7,205.
On Sunday, Seneca Police charged 36 year-old Dustin Michael Foust with possession of meth, shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at more than $10,000.
And also on Sunday, Walhalla Police arrested Rogelio Soto Fragoso and charged him with DUI, Child Endangerment and his second offense for driving without a license.
All those suspects remain in custody at the Oconee County Detention Center pending bond and judicial proceedings.
