Attorney Will Appeal Client’s 65 Year Prison Sentence
Michael Kenneth Cox of Walhalla was in Judge Lawton McIntosh’s Courtroom yesterday, along with his attorney Bruce Byrholdt. Cox and his lawyer had hopes that the judge would reduce the 65 year prison term he handed down last week following Cox’s guilty plea to criminal sexual conduct with a minor under age 11.

McIntosh registered his disappointment that while Cox admitted his crime, he showed no remorse.
