Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative holding 2017 Annual Meeting

The 2017 Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative Annual Meeting is today, April 20. Held at the Pickens office, members will receive door prizes, free hot dogs and drinks, and be eligible for a number of prize-drawing gifts, explains Terry Ballenger, Manager of Communications for Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative. “The Blue Ridge Co-op Annual Meeting is always a great evening of entertainment and fellowship. This year will be no different. With hot dogs, moon pies and soft drinks to start the evening, members can get comfortable and hear some great music from Sweet Potato Pie and Tugalo Hollar. Just prior to the business meeting, a hometown favorite, The Sheltons, will perform. After the business portion of the annual meeting concludes, The Primitive Quartet will take the stage. Each member who is present and registers will receive a free 12″ electric skillet. Please bring your registration card, found on the lower front cover of the April issue of South Carolina Living and picture ID with you when you register.” The 2017 Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative Annual Meeting takes place from 4-8:30pm at 734 West Main Street in Pickens.
