Bobcats headed to South Pointe for 2nd Round

With a dramatic over time win, 40-37, last Friday night at Chapin, the Seneca Bobcats varsity football team head to South Pointe for the second round of the AAA State Playoffs. “For those of you that made the trip to Chapin, many thanks. We had an incredible following to Chapin. It was a great win for our school and community. This week, our Bobcats travel to Rock Hill to square off with South Pointe in the second round of the playoffs. South Pointe is 135 miles from Coach Tom Bass Field, but based on the crowd that traveled 120 miles to Chapin, distance does not damper Bobcat Nation and our support! I hope that each of you will make plans to make the trip and let us fill up the visitor’s side of the stadium. We are planning to take at least three Spirit Buses to South Pointe filled with Bobcat Students. Many thanks goes out to Les Walden with Les Walden Real Estate for his loyal support in sponsoring these Spirit Buses.” The call is going out to all Bobcats in the Rock Hill Area to show up early and be loud and Bobcat proud. Kickoff is set for 7:30pm and of course, you can listen to all the exciting action of Seneca Bobcat varsity football here on 94.1 The Lake, WSNW.
