Braves hit and score season highs in win over Marlins

The Atlanta Braves tallied a season-high 16 hits and matched their season-high run total in Tuesday night’s 11-3 win over the Miami Marlins at Turner Field.  Chris Johnson, Brian McCann and Justin Upton each had three-hit outputs in the win, which helped the Braves increase their lead in the NL East to seven games.
