Burglary, Larceny Suspects In Custody

35 year-old Kayla Marlene Hendricks of Seneca was arrested Tuesday by the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office in connection with the March theft of a trailer. Hendricks and Michael David McCann, who has been in jail since his arrest on April 6, are each charged with grand larceny in connection with the incident where an enclosed trailer was reported stolen from a Poplar Springs Road business in Walhalla. Both suspects have a bond set at $10,000, however, a hold was placed on Hendricks by General Sessions Court.

In other crime related news, 27 year-old Amber Nicole Robinson and 34 year-old Marlie Christine Harrison, both of Anderson, have been charged with one count each of second-degree burglary and one count of petit larceny after a burglary that was reported Tuesday at a home on Whitfield Road in Fair Play. Investigators said the two broke into the residence and stole various household items valued at under $2000. Both suspects are awaiting bond on those charges in the Oconee County Detention Center.
