Burglary Suspect arrested at OMC

Moments after being released from Oconee Medical Center, a 22-year-old Seneca man was arrested on burglary and criminal domestic violence charges in connection to a Tuesday incident.  Seneca Police issued an alert for Austin Tyrell Cousins after a women and her 18-year-old daughter identified him as the burglar of their home on Allen Street.   Authorities went to the home twice on Tuesday, first to investigate and then to arrest Cousins who allegedly was trying to harm himself there.  He was taken to Oconee Medical Center for treatment and then released.  Cousins was immediately arrested and booked into the Oconee County Detention Center on violation of probation, criminal domestic violence, and burglary in the first-degree charges.
