MedShore officials said 17 people were injured in a large crash along I-85 in Anderson County Monday afternoon. 14 were taken to the hospital where their conditions are unknown at present, while the remaining three refused treatment. No fatalities were reported, and officials with the South Carolina Highway Patrol are still working to determine the cause of the crash.

Wednesday around midnight, an Oconee County Sheriff’s Deputy discovered a motorcycle operator in a pile of leaves along the two-lane portion of US 123 just inside South Carolina across the State line.
