Copper Wire stolen near Seneca

AT&T reports that someone stole roughly 600 feet of copper wire near Seneca. The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of the copper wire cable, which is valued at $5,000. This theft caused several customers in the vicinity of Keowee School Road and Lakeside Drive to loose service over the Memorial Day holiday weekend.
