Man sentenced to 13 ½ Years for Attempted Murder

Thirteenth Circuit Solicitor Walt Wilkins states that 18-year-old Demetrius Antwon Henry pled guilty on April 10, 2018, to attempted murder, possessing a weapon during the commission of a violent crime and auto-breaking. Blue Ridge Electric Customers to receive Capital Refunds

Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative customers will soon revive annual capital credit refunds. This year’s capital credits are worth $1 million to customers across Blue Ridge Electric’s multi-county territory. The refunds represent margins earned by the cooperative in previous years of operation. Each check represents an individual member’s pro-rate share of the net earnings during the years covered by the payment.
