Seneca Police make DUI arrest after Car overturns

The Seneca Police Department reports finding a small car overturned beside the East Main Street railroad tracks and arresting the driver for driving under the influence. The accident happened Sunday night. Police arrested 27-year-old Cesar Gonsalo Landaverde of Walhalla. He was also issued a citation for hit-and-run with property damage for striking a parked car at 927 East Main Street.
