Westminster Man arrested for Shoplifting

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office made a recent arrest of a Westminster man on charges of obtaining goods under false pretenses and on shoplifting.  Deputies arrested 62-year-old Leamon Grant Phillips and charged him with three counts of obtaining property under false pretenses and one count of shoplifting.  Four Oconee County businesses were affected.
