The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office made two drug arrests Wednesday afternoon.  Deputies charged 46-year-old Steven Gregory Brock of Westminster and 31-year-old Barbara Lynn Morgan of Townville with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
