A tubing accident Monday afternoon on Lake Keowee sent a child to the hospital for treatment. Oconee County Emergency Services reports that a 12-year-old was hurt in the accident when the child’s tube, being pulled by a boat, hit a tree in the vicinity of Fall Creek Landing.
