Chattooga Belle Farm Owners to speak at Apple Festival Luncheon

The owners of Chattooga Belle Farm, Ed and Kitty Land, will be the speakers at this year’s Apple Festival Luncheon. The Westminster Rotary Club hosts the luncheon at 1pm on Friday, Sept. 5 in the social hall of Westminster Baptist Church. Chattooga Belle Farm is an example of agritourism, which attracts people to agricultural areas. About 10,000 people annually visit the farm in Long Creek, where they can enjoy a vineyard, fresh produce and on-farm experiences. The farm overlooks where the Chattooga River meets the Blue Ridge Mountains. Tickets to the Apple Festival Luncheon can be purchased from the Westminster Chamber of Commerce by calling 864-647-5316.
